In Newark, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across New Jersey on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Newark is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Newark is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New Jersey's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I got a slice with Italian sausage and some juice. The pizza was satisfying. My apple juice was disgusting. It was watered down and to warm for my taste. They had a very clean and spacious restroom. They had a decent amount of seating. The staff could have been a little more personable and could have provided better customer service.

Overall not bad pricing for pizza ,and overall not bad pizza the only issue was it got cold very quickly while it was stick good I feel if the cheese was gonna drip a bit off when brought back home this pizza would be a master piece! But again it is good ,maybe next time ill try a slice right off the oven to get the true taste π . Staff were friendly not too bad but friendly. The atmosphere is okay maybe just cause the area, but again not bad pizza overall il have to try a slice and there garlic knots.

Been a longtime fan of this establishment. But i went in today after not going for a while. Everything looks pretty much the same the food comes out tasting the same . But the young lady working on the register are shady when it came to ringing up my order. I ordered a pizza , garlic knot, a wrap hotdog and a strombolli. The young lady charged me someone elseβs order and mine together (two orders). She noticed the mistake and still proceeded to charge me, she told the other young lady in a different language what she did and they continued to proceed with the payment. Once i paid I decided to ask them for a detailed bill. That is when the other lady step in and said that they think that they made a mistake. Yeah really π! They took out a calculator and decided to recalculate my order. Then the voided the first transaction and charged me a different amount. Which i know they didnβt add it up right. I paid the amount and waited for my food. I could still hear them giggle and talking about the price error in a different language . Little that they know I understand and speak there language fluently. I hope there laughing when they read this. Good establishment with shady employees wil

I walk in and the place looks good. Thereβs people eating and people ordering. The employees donβt have a moment to breathe. The pizzaβs look good too. I am greeted by an employee within 30 seconds of walking in and now I feel at home. I order and they put mine in the oven. Get it and go. Get home. How was it? Pepperoni Sicilian was excellent. Not the best ever, but worth stopping for. The taco pizza was excellent, but I think it could be even better if they slightly topped it with guacamole before they serve it (no complaints here tho). The pepperoni pizza was on par. Not amazing, but worth my money and better than every chain. The garlic knots had a lil too much garlic for me, but that was easy to wipe away. They were good and worth the money. Staff is excellent. P.S. if I could give 4 1/2 stars, I would. It wasnβt legendary, but far above most. Will come back. Also, my pictures donβt show all the people who were in the place because I didnβt want too many people in my photos.
